For the savory version, I followed the instructions and added fresh rosemary, tomatoes, and garlic on top before baking. The dough was incredibly easy to work with, rising well and spreading evenly.

When baked, the savory focaccia had a golden crust and a chewy, light interior. The flavors of rosemary and garlic paired beautifully with the tomatoes, elevating it as a perfect side for soups, salads, or even as sandwich bread.

But what really took this mix to another level was the sweet variation I created. On half of the focaccia, I added fresh peach slices, blackberries, and a sprinkle of rosemary. The combination of the sweet fruit and the herb created a delightful contrast that worked surprisingly well with the focaccia’s base.
