This is why I created my
3-Month Healthy Eating, Active Living Program

What is it?

Six sessions of coaching completed over a three-month period. We will work on whatever problem you are concerned with root cause of your health issues.

How Does It Work?

As a functional and integrative health coach, I focus on:

  • Educating you on the seven essentials for optimal health – whole foods/supplementation, sleep optimization, safe movement, fun, stress perception, spirituality and addressing old trauma
  • Providing access to trusted resources that help you dig into the root cause of your health issues
  • Suggesting lifestyle changes based on what you feel is least stressful and leaving the decision-making up to you
  • And supporting you through those changes so that you can achieve sustainable results

The below is a simplified version of what this looks like:

First, before kicking off the coach/client relationship, you will fill out a high-mileage intake form. This intake form gives the me a solid starting place so that I can investigate what may have caused the you to get to this place of ill health or disease. We are not just addressing the symptoms.  We are finding the root cause.

Next, during Education Phase, the I simplify all the overwhelming health information out there by providing you with trusted resources to consult and study based on the intake form. I will show you how to start listening to your body with the use of the HEALCoach Health Journal and teach you about the foundation of good health that everyone should follow, which include the seven essentials of optimal health. As you review and consult the information, you become empowered to make better health decisions.

During the Preparation Phase, I help you get prepared to act. The plan is to remove toxic foods from your daily life and start eating whole foods in a manageable in a low stress way with a two-week reset.  As with any new change, it is important to stay organized. I provide you with all of the materials you need for success.  I walk you step-by-step through the program, starting with setting your intentions and making over your mindset as well as your kitchen. After completing this phase, you will be empowered for success, not only for the 14 days, but for a lifetime.

Lastly, there is the two-week reset Action Phase.  When we get to the Action Phase, we have already spent a lot of time educating and preparing for changes that we want to last a lifetime. A slow, steady process of making changes has shown to be highly effective.  It removes a great deal of anxiety and helps you understand exactly WHY the changes you are making are important and how the changes will benefit you for life. This two-week reset is a journey of self-discovery of what foods and lifestyle habits are causing YOUR symptoms.  You will find your root cause and as a result, determine a way of eating and a way of life that works best for YOU.

During this three months, we are focusing on

calming down the difficulty, moving into stability, and looking forward to the ‘new normal’.
