Ingredients
  

Burger Ingredients

  • 4 grass fed burger patties
  • 1 tablespoon tallow
  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup shredded beets
  • 1 large cucumber chopped
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 2 avocados sliced
  • 1 cup kimchi

Dressing

  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • sea salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • To make the salad dressing, add balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, and sea salt to a small bowl. Mix well and set to the side.
  • Next, place a large sauté pan over medium heat. When the pan is hot, add tallow. Once the oil has melted, add burger patties. Cook patties for about 4 to 6 minutes per side. Set to the side to cool.
  • Assemble the salad by adding spinach, beets, and cucumber to a large mixing bowl. Top with balsamic dressing.
  • Serve the salad alongside burgers using romaine lettuce as buns. Top with sliced avocado and kimchi.
